The park sits inside Yorba Park, with separate large-dog and small-dog sections, double gates, and volunteer waste stations. Friends of the Orange Dog Park partner with the city, and hours, rules, and volunteer notes live on the Orange Dog Park site.
They close Wednesdays for cleaning. There is no night lighting, so this is a dawn-to-dusk park, not an after-work floodlit field.
You will find it at 190 S Yorba St, Orange, near the 55 and Chapman. Leash up the second you leave the fenced yard; the rest of Yorba Park is not off-leash.
Huntington Central Park Dog Park (Huntington Beach)
Huntington’s fenced yard is the inland counterweight to Dog Beach, and Google has it at 4.5 from about 700 reviews. Best Friends Dog Park volunteers keep the wood chips, water, and bag stations going.

Pooch Park is the south-county suburban standard: a fully fenced off-leash yard with separate large- and small-dog areas, shade structures, and a canyon-edge setting next to Fire Station 49. Do not park in the fire-station stalls.
City park rules put hours at 7 a.m. to dusk Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. to dusk Sunday. It also closes Monday and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon for maintenance, which is the trap if you show up on a weekday morning.

City rules say this is an off-leash park only: unleash inside the safety zone before you go through the second gate. Closed Tuesday until 1 p.m. for maintenance, and it shuts down after rain.
